1-2 years of experience in logistics or transport operations, handling pickups, deliveries and docket follow-up. You should be comfortable coordinating with branches, drivers and customers, keeping accurate operational records and resolving day-to-day delivery issues quickly. Experience with an ERP or booking system is an advantage.
Technical skills: MS Excel for daily reports and data checks, MS Word and Outlook, data entry accuracy, familiarity with ERP or docket booking systems, understanding of the pickup to POD process Soft skills: Clear communication in Hindi and English, ownership and follow-up, time management, problem solving under pressure, teamwork with branch and customer teams
