Conditions for Return Initiation:

- Recipient is unavailable or refuses the shipment
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Payment-related issues (for freight-on-delivery shipments)

Shipping Timeframes:

- Road: 2–7 working days
- Rail: 2–5 working days
- Air: 1–3 working days

Return Process:

  • Sender is notified within 24 hours of delivery failure.
  • Returns are initiated only after sender confirmation
  • Additional charges for return transport will apply.

Timelines for Returns:

  • If sender fails to confirm return within 5 working days, we may:
  • - Store the shipment (storage charges apply)
  • - Dispose of or auction the cargo (after due notice)
