Experience

3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a branch, retail, banking, microfinance, or operations environment. Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and driving results. Experience in branch operations, customer service oversight, and administrative management. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial or operational reports and make data-driven decisions. Experience in sales, customer relations, or business development is an added advantage. Past involvement in problem resolution, customer complaint handling, or process improvement initiatives.


Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools. Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving organizational goals.Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations. Lead, mentor, and support branch staff to achieve performance targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Foster strong customer relationships and address customer concerns promptly. Monitor branch budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
