Diploma (Polytechnic),BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
1-2 years of experience in a System Application or related technical role. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. Experience with system monitoring tools and methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus. Prior experience in a corporate office environment is preferred.

Provide day-to-day support for system applications, ensuring their stability and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary.Monitor system performance and identify potential problems proactively.Deploy and configure applications according to established procedures.Document application configurations and troubleshooting steps.Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.Assist in the development and maintenance of application documentation.Respond to user requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.Adhere to ITIL processes and best practices.Work within Shift-2 timings (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) and provide occasional after-hours support as needed.Contribute to the continuous improvement of system application support processes.
