Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Baroda office.Monitoring and analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.Assisting in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.Managing and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.Preparing and analyzing reports on operational metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operations.Assisting with vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.Participating in process improvement initiatives and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.Providing administrative support to the operations team as needed.Coordinating with different teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.Managing shift handovers effectively and communicating any relevant information to the next shift.Adhering to the shift timings (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) and ensuring consistent coverage during assigned hours.
