Oversee day-to-day branch operations Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities Ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations teams Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies Handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff
