Manage complete First Mile pickup operations from clients/warehouses/vendors Ensure timely pickup and dispatch as per SLA & route plan Monitor daily pickup performance & productivity of field staff Handle manpower planning, vendor coordination & training Track shipment accuracy and reduce mis-routes Maintain operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Coordinate with Last Mile, Hub & Customer Support teams Resolve client escalations and operational issues Implement process improvements and cost control measures Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
