We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various channels, and driving measurable results. Roles and Responsibility

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our SURAT (PALSANA) office. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. * Managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. * Creating engaging and informative marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters. * Analyzing marketing data and generating reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. * Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective spending. * Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. * Collaborating with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts. * Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies. * Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities to differentiate our brand. * Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials. * Developing and executing lead generation strategies. * Working within the Shift-2 timing (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM). * Other duties as assigned.
