Achieve and exceed sales targets for the BHIWANDI region.Manage and develop a team of Sales Executives, providing coaching and mentorship.Generate and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance metrics.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
