We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Branch Officer to manage day-to-day branch operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


Required Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Management preferred). 2–5 years of experience in logistics/courier/transport operations. Good communication and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and operational software. Ability to handle pressure and manage team effectively.


Roles and Responsibility

Handle complete branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Supervise staff and monitor their daily performance. Ensure timely processing of shipments, PODs, and documentation. Maintain proper records and reports of branch activities. Coordinate with HO and other branches for operational issues. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service quality. Monitor cash handling, billing, and expense control. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain discipline and positive work environment at branch. Support business development and achieve branch targets.
