Experience

2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within [Mention Industry relevant to BADLI(ALIPUR) office, e.g., manufacturing, retail, etc.]. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Experience in lead generation, qualification, and closing deals. Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales reporting. Experience working with a diverse customer base is highly desirable. Prior experience in the Badli (Alipur) region or similar geographic areas is a plus.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Badli (Alipur) region.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
