Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within an operations or manufacturing environment. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, optimizing workflow, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards is essential. Experience in the textile or garment industry is a plus. Must demonstrate a track record of problem-solving and process improvement.


Required Skills

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations activities within Shift-2 (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) at the SURAT (PALSANA) office.Lead, motivate, and train a team of operations staff to achieve performance goals.Monitor workflow and ensure efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.Enforce adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on operational performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Manage employee attendance and scheduling.
